Emil Tomašević
Born in Split – Croatia 08.11.1968.

Sailing from his fith year, more precisely from 1974 like crew in Cadet class, later on  Optimists, National L 5 class keelboat, 420, Laser, Finn and Star and on many smaller and middle size offshore racers as team member and skipper. Owner of only one Beneteau Figaro 2 in Croatia from 2011.
By the profession, seamen, deck mate in merchant navy, after nautical high school and sea traffic university Emil navigate 2 years as deck officer.
In carrier of seamen he also worked as dealivery skipper for the sailing yachts on Med , especially during a war in Croatia 1991-1992.

Šime Stipaničev
BS Marine engineering, University of Split, 2012, Sailor, Project manager.
 
From the beggining, Šime was in contact with the sea, he participated to many local and international sail regattas, olympic class etc.
As professional skipper and sailor, he made more than 100 000 NM i his carrier on Mediteranean sea and Atlantic Ocean.

ISABELLE JOSCHKE
Born in Germany , Munich 27.01.1977 , Isabelle from early years start to sail on Austrian lakes .
Very soon thankfully to their origins from France she start to live and sail in France . After learning all skippers secrets in famous sailing school on Glenans Islands she use to work as sailing instructor untill finishing her university education in France .

Damir Repac
Sailing & Working experience
At the AAG design centre, I worked for four years on the sailboat VOR 60 Big One which I have maintained and sailed with as skipper. I sail with it often and participate on regattas in Croatia, on the Mediterranean and across the Atlantic. I have sailed over 85000 nm with the VOR 60 and achieved good results with it
Racing experience:
I’ve been sailing since I was 7 years old. Up until 1990 I have sailed on an Optimist, cadet, 470, Laser from 1990 onwards on big offshore racing boats.
From 2005 until 2012 I sailed on VOR 60 (Volvo Ocean Race, 60 feet)
I hold several race records both on the Adriatic and abroad as a skipper on various racing boats (AAG Big One VOR ex Chessie Racing; Babalu 04 Modulo 105 Santarelli;  Geisha First 47,7)
